high calories, fats, sugar, desert
all those thing is tempting me
but i got to stop it ler.
thru diet i can learn to be discipline
started goin gym again ..
everyday keep on exercise
i can feel sweating non stop , fast heart beat, breath heavily
but only lost 2kg in three days....
swt la, only 2kg . keep it up ..
i told myself lost 5kg in one week
i noe i can make it ........

sure la...nowadays i so fat le u noe...after i recover i sure muz learn frm u d... 1 week lost 5kg...hehez...
